Concerts, Culture and Multimedia Shows
We create events where art, music, technology and emotion combine to deliver unique experiences. We organise concerts, artistic performances, cultural events, festivals, galas and anniversary celebrations.
We produce sophisticated multimedia shows using lighting systems, large-format projections, 3D mapping, digital stage design, special effects and television production. We manage the entire process, from concept and script development to artist selection, direction and coordination.
State Events and International Delegation Services
A significant part of our experience involves official, state-level and international events, including national anniversaries, historical commemorations and visits by foreign delegations arriving in Poland from around the world.
Our portfolio also includes projects commissioned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Such projects require exceptional attention to detail, knowledge of diplomatic protocol, high organisational standards and the coordination of numerous elements. We apply this experience when serving international corporations and business partners as well.

Sopot Music Festival – Poland’s Largest Music Festival
We organised events as part of the Sopot music festival, recognised as Poland’s largest music festival. Projects included performances by international stars such as Whitney Houston and Zucchero, alongside appearances by many other outstanding Polish and international artists. Our work covered the full production and coordination of music events of international standing.
Meeting of the Presidents of Poland and the United States
We organised an event at Castle Square in Warsaw attended by US President Bill Clinton and Polish President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, which also included a meeting with residents of the capital. Approximately 20,000 people attended.
Gala Celebrating Poland’s Accession to the European Union
We organised a gala attended by Prime Minister Leszek Miller at the Congress Hall in Warsaw to mark Poland’s accession to the European Union. The event brought together approximately 5,000 representatives of Polish local government, including city presidents, mayors and other local officials.
Media World Cup – 10 Editions
We organised ten editions of an international sports and media event for journalists and media representatives from around the world. In total, more than 800 journalists from 34 countries took part.
Plus GSM – Corporate and Anniversary Events
We delivered anniversary events, team-building meetings and large annual picnics for Plus GSM employees, with events attended by approximately 2,000 people.
Heineken Group – Large-Scale Events
We organised major projects and promotional events for the Heineken Group. In one year, the total attendance across these events exceeded 200,000 people.
Orange, Siemens, Hewlett-Packard and Nokia
We delivered promotional, marketing and corporate events for international brands in the telecommunications and new technology sectors.
Volleyball World League – Match Organisation
We organised Volleyball World League matches, including the preparation and coordination of international-level sporting events.
Kids Cup – International Children’s Tennis
We organised Kids Cup, described as Europe’s largest children’s tennis tournament, combining competition for young players with comprehensive event management.
Tennis Events for Media, Banks and Corporations
We prepared and delivered tennis tournaments and team-building events for media representatives, the banking sector and major corporations operating in Poland.
Sailing Regattas for Polish Corporations
We organised sailing regattas for several of Poland’s largest corporations, combining sporting competition with team building for employees, business partners and management teams.

End-to-End Event Management – From Concept to Delivery
